Where We Ship

We deliver our products to every corner of the UK, including remote and rural areas.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Spend over £50 on any order, and shipping’s on us!
  • Standard Shipping: If your order is under £50, a £3.99 fee applies.
  • Expree Shipping: £5.99 fee applies.

Processing Time

  • Order Prep: We aim to process and pack your orders within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard Shipping 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping 1-2 business days

Sometimes unexpected events—like bad weather or natural disasters—can cause delays. If that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

If Something Goes Wrong

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your shipment seems lost or arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of when you expected to receive it.
